Introduction to Harvesting Your Tomatoes

Harvesting tomatoes is one of the most satisfying parts of gardening. This moment is a testament to your hard work, patience, and care throughout the growing season.

Join us to learn each tomato varieties unique flavor profile, and know when and how to harvest. Whether you're growing juicy beefsteak tomatoes for sandwiches, sweet cherry tomatoes for salads, or meaty Roma tomatoes for sauces, there's an art to harvesting each type.

Hands-On Crafting:

Discover a variety of recipes that highlight the natural sweetness and acidity of garden tomatoes. Get hands-on experience with cooking techniques such as roasting, grilling, and sautéing.

From fresh salads and salsas to hearty soups and sauces, you'll discover the perfect tomato recipe for any occasion. Create mouthwatering dishes that showcase the vibrant flavors of your homegrown tomatoes.

Explore innovative ways to use your tomatoes beyond the usual recipes. Think tomato jams, chutneys, and even tomato-infused oils for a gourmet touch.

Take Home Your Creation:

At the end of the workshop, you'll pack up your culinary creations to take home. Share them with loved ones or enjoy them yourself—nothing beats the taste of freshly made food from your own garden produce.
